Twice a year, a nonprofit in one of Citizens’s seven markets is chosen to receive funding, promotional and volunteer support to advance programming and services focused on a relevant bi-annual topic.
Since its inception 21 years ago, the Champions in Action program has seen Citizens give over $11 million in contributions and promotional support to over 380 nonprofits across the bank’s footprint. In New Hampshire alone, 60 nonprofits have been honored, receiving more than $1.7 million.
